Refunds & cancellation
How Fenek Pro billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
Cancel anytime
Fenek Pro is a monthly subscription with no lock-in. Cancel anytime in the Polar customer portal — you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it simply stops renewing after that.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. If something went wrong or Pro is not what you expected, email support@fenek.tech within 14 days of a charge and we will arrange a refund with Polar. If you are an EU consumer, your statutory rights still apply.
You can always use Pro for free
You never have to pay to use the Pro features — you can build them from source for free. The classic brokers stay free forever.
